| In order to provide all pet owners with the undivided attention that each pet deserves, visits must be scheduled as appointments rather than on a "walk-in" basis. All efforts will be made to accommodate those arriving without an appointment, although priority will be given to those patients who are scheduled. | ||
| Please note that emergencies are always considered top priority. The patience and understanding of those inconvenienced by delays created by an emergency situation is deeply appreciated. |
| Payment | ||
| Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) and personal check (with approval) are acceptable means of payment. | ||
| Veterinary hospitals are privately funded and maintained by the doctors who own them. No government, institutional, or third-party funding or support is received by Lockridge Animal Hospital. Payment policies must be strictly enforced in order to continue to provide the highest quality level of veterinary care services possible. |
